Context
This project emerged from Interactius, a prominent design studio in Barcelona renowned for crafting compelling content. Within this innovative environment, I embarked on a solo endeavor to explore User Personas, a contentious topic within UX design.
Objective
User Personas serve as archetypal representations used to empathize with and understand target audiences in UX design. This project delves into the ongoing debate among designers regarding the effectiveness of User Personas. While proponents argue that personas enhance decision-making by offering insights into user needs and behaviors, critics contend that they may oversimplify and misrepresent diverse user groups.
The project was conceived as a thought-provoking article for Interactius' blog, aimed at fostering informed discussions within the design community about the merits and potential drawbacks of using User Personas.

My Role
I spearheaded this project from inception to completion. I conducted research, synthesized findings, and crafted the content into a cohesive infographic format. My responsibilities included conceptualizing the visual narrative, designing the infographic layout, and ensuring clarity and impact in communicating the complexities of the User Persona debate.
Deliverables
The culmination of this project is a static infographic designed to visually articulate both sides of the User Persona debate. This infographic serves as an educational tool, providing insights into when and how personas can be effectively utilized in UX design. It is meticulously crafted to engage professionals and enthusiasts alike, offering a comprehensive view of the complexities surrounding User Personas.
